1. Find a comfortable position. Sitting in a chair, on the floor, or in any other position that is comfortable for you is fine.
2. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Take slow, deep breaths and try to let go of any tension in your body.
3. Visualize a peaceful scene. Imagine yourself in a relaxing place like a beach, forest, or mountain. Focus on the details of the environment, such as the sound of the waves or the smell of the trees.
4. Acknowledge any pain or discomfort without judgment. Notice the sensations without trying to change them.
5. Focus on the present moment. Notice any thoughts or feelings that arise without judging them or trying to change them.
6. Let go of any expectations. Focus on being mindful and accepting of the present moment without judging it or trying to change it.
7. When your meditation session is complete, take some time to reflect on your experience. Notice any changes in your body or mind that may have occurred during the practice.
