1. Begin by finding a comfortable, quiet place to sit. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
2. Visualize a bright red, spinning wheel of energy at the base of your spine.
3. Focus on the energy of the wheel, and breathe deeply.
4. Imagine the red energy spiraling up your spine and through your body.
5. Feel the energy of the root chakra open and start to move.
6. Allow the energy to move through your body, releasing any tension or blockages.
7. Continue to focus on the energy of the root chakra and your breath for 5-10 minutes.
8. When you are ready, slowly open your eyes and take a few moments to reflect on your experience.
