1. Anahat Chakra, ya hriday chakra, ka aaviskar karein: Kaafi log ise ek komal gufa ki tarah imagine karte hain. Sone mein se ooncha aur mulank 4 ka uska sthan hai. Isko aaviskar karne ke liye dhyan lagayein aur dhyan dekar thodi der meditate karein.
2. Vishuddhi Chakra, ya kan chakra, ka aaviskar karein: Isko aaviskar karne ke liye ungli ko kaan ke baahar ki or le jaayein aur kan ke niche apne honton par dabaayein. Dhyan dekar thodi der meditate karein.
3. Agnya Chakra, ya aankh chakra, ka aaviskar karein: Isko aaviskar karne ke liye dhoop ke saamne baith jayein aur dono aankhon ko band karke dhyan dekar thodi der meditate karein.

5. Anaahat Chakra ke lie Betel Leaf ka prayog karein: Isko aaviskar karne ke liye betel leaf ko dhoop mein sukhakar usko dhoop ki deewaron par laati hai aur dhyan dekar thodi der meditate karein.
6. Lotus Mudra or Padmasana Asana ke lie Bandha Padmasana ka prayog karein: Iska prayog karne se muladhara chakra ki kshobh hoti hai aur dhyan dekar thodi der meditate karte hain.
7. Omkar Jaap karein: Iska prayog karne se sare chakron mein sushmaan hota hai. Isko aaviskar karne ke liye dhyan dekar omkar ka naad karein aur thodi der meditate karein.
