Business management is a broad field that encompasses many different tasks and responsibilities. Generally, business managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an organization. This includes developing strategies, setting goals and objectives, creating plans for achieving those goals, forming teams to work on projects, managing resources and finances, monitoring performance, and reporting to senior leadership. Business managers may also be responsible for hiring and training new employees, developing and implementing policies, and assessing risks and opportunities within the organization.
